Information you provide
When you place an order, we collect the name, email address, phone number and delivery address you enter, along with the items and sizes in the order. If you create an account, we also receive the information needed to identify your account and sign-in provider.
How we use it
We use this information to accept and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support, manage account sign-in, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The shopping bag is saved in your browser so it remains available when you return.
Payments and service providers
Online payments are handled by Razorpay. Card and UPI credentials are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by Arhan Enterprises. We share only the information needed with service providers that support payments, hosting, database storage, sign-in or email delivery. Google sign-in is subject to Google’s own privacy terms.
Shopping activity analytics
If you choose “Allow activity analytics”, we record storefront pages viewed, product and category views, searches, bag and checkout actions, and completed purchases to understand the shopping journey and improve the store. Google Analytics is also loaded only after you allow analytics. We do not record checkout field values, passwords, card details, or payment credentials. A random browser session identifier is stored on your device; the network address is converted to a keyed fingerprint that rotates monthly, and the original address is not saved in the activity log. When you sign in, activity from that browser session is associated with your account email. Activity records are removed after 180 days. You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” on the storefront.
Cookies and sessions
The site uses a session cookie when you sign in so it can keep you securely logged in. Your shopping bag is stored locally in your browser. You can clear browser storage and cookies in your browser settings; clearing them may sign you out or empty the saved bag.
Retention and your choices
We keep order and account information for as long as needed to support the service, resolve order issues and meet applicable requirements. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, contact us from the email address associated with your account. Some order records may need to be retained where required.
